Alex is your dedicated yoga teacher and therapist who brings a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern understanding to every session. With a calm and compassionate presence, Alex creates a grounded, welcoming space where you can feel supported and empowered on your journey to well-being.
Drawing on over 800 hours of advanced training—including Tantra Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), Myofascial Release, Five Element Form, and the Sattva Himalayan Integrated Practice—Alex designs personalized yoga practices that align with your individual goals and life experiences.

Hello ! Tonight we went to Alex's class and it was great...as usual, but at the start of the class he talked about our room...when we are in a dirty, messy room we don't look around, we look outside where it is better, and he connected the room with our mind...if our mind is messy and cluttered we will not go inside ourselves because it's too tricky ( my words, not his ! ) He also mentioned the value of regular and committed yoga practice to help " clean the room ". The focus of the practice was on the hips which, as you know, I love ! Michael and I found this analogy with the room, so personal to us both, as you can imagine... We thanked him after class, but can you let him know that what he said was so impactful ...really personal to us xxx
