• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency at our discretion.

• If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a new time.

• No-shows or missed appointments without notice will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
