Based here in Ocean Grove, my mission at Bellarine Yoga Therapy is to walk alongside you as you rediscover your natural state of balance. My path has been shaped by over 1,300 hours of deep dives into yoga practices and philosophy—from the quiet shores of the Bellarine to the sacred traditions of the Himalayas. While I’ve spent years mastering the technical "how-to" of yoga therapy, my real focus is on the "who": you.
I bring a calm, friendly, and knowledgeable presence to every session, creating a grounded space where you can feel safe to explore your own wellbeing journey. I understand that everybody carries a different story, and I am here to listen to yours with a compassionate ear and an open heart.

Hello ! Tonight we went to Alex's class and it was great...as usual, but at the start of the class he talked about our room...when we are in a dirty, messy room we don't look around, we look outside where it is better, and he connected the room with our mind...if our mind is messy and cluttered we will not go inside ourselves because it's too tricky ( my words, not his ! ) He also mentioned the value of regular and committed yoga practice to help " clean the room ". The focus of the practice was on the hips which, as you know, I love ! Michael and I found this analogy with the room, so personal to us both, as you can imagine... We thanked him after class, but can you let him know that what he said was so impactful ...really personal to us xxx
